VIMA Education Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be given in full and final settlement.

Non-attendance does not exclude student from payment of fees. Refunds will be considered at the sole discretion of management under exceptional circumstances.

Photography

By accepting a place for your child on the Virtuoso International Music Academy, you agree that VIMA Education Ltd may take and use photographs and videos for marketing purposes and that these may be sent to other parents of children on the course afterwards, as a special memory of the course. If you do not wish your child to have their photo/video taken then you must NOT accept their place on the course.

Medical needs

Parents must disclose in full any medical or special education needs of the student upon accepting the place so that VIMA Education Ltd can make sure the child is fully supported during the week. If a parent does not disclose this information and VIMA Education Ltd cannot support the child safely and effectively during the course then the child will be sent home at the parent’s expense.

Medicines

All medicines must be handed over to the matron at the beginning of the course. NO medicines (including paracetamol) must be left in the student’s possession. If a student is found with any medicine on their person/ in their possessions during the course, they will be sent home from the course. This is for the safety of everyone on the course. If there is a medicine you feel your child needs to have on their person, please contact the office before the course and speak to the matron on arrival to discuss.

Behaviour

Participants on the course are expected to behave well while on the course and with respect and due care for others. A child whose behaviour is antisocial or disruptive may be asked to leave and no refund will be owing or given.
